Golar LNG Partners said that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended March 31, 2015 of $0.5775 per unit.
This represents an increase of $0.015 per unit, or approximately 2.7%, from the fourth quarter 2014 distribution and is related to the acquisition of the FSRU Golar Eskimo, in respect of which a distribution increase was also made for the fourth quarter of 2014, the company said in a statement.
This cash distribution will be paid on May 14, 2015 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 7, 2015.
