Novatek, the operator of Yamal LNG project, informed that it has extended the natural gas supply deal with Mosenergo for a period of four years from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2019.
Under the contract, Novatek will annually supply nine billion cubic meters of natural gas to Mosenergo, the company said in a statement.
The gas supply deal between Novatek and Mosenergo was signed in December 2012 for gas supplies to the power generation facilities of Mosenergo for a three-year period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2015.
