Bell Dredging Pumps, a Dutch-based manufacturer of dredging equipment, has just sold a Bell 200 dredging pump to Van Oord.

The dredging pump, showcased during the recent INTERMAT exhibition in Paris, was tested two weeks ago with a Caterpillar 336E. The pump has maximum mixture capacity of 800 m³/h, pump speed of approx. 1200 rpm with suction bore and discharge piping diameter of 200mm.

Van Oord bought the Bell 200 dredging pump with cutter unit for a project in Kazakhstan. The company will use the Bell 200 with their own amphibious Caterpillar 336E to level a trench in the field project.

This video was taken in late April during the testing of Bell 200 dredging pump.
