Trelleborg AB, a Swedish engineering group, has informed that its offshore operation will display its range of seismic towing, handling and cable management solutions, at the 77th European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) Conference and Exhibition in Madrid, Spain.

At this year’s EAGE, to be held June 1 – 4, 2015 at IFEMA, the Trade Fair Institution of Madrid, visitors will have a chance to get a firsthand look at Trelleborg’s portfolio of specialized material and cable protection solutions.

Billy Ram , Seismic Sales Manager for Trelleborg Offshore located in Coventry, England commented: “Trelleborg excels in the design and development of superior polymer engineered solutions for the harsh and demanding environments of international seismic and oil and gas markets. It is imperative that we continue to develop our solutions to ensure that they meet the needs of our customers and increasingly demanding environments.

“Exhibiting at conferences such as EAGE provides us with the ideal environment to interact with our customers in an informal setting where we can listen to their needs and concerns, ensuring our solutions truly align with their requirements. So while safe handling and deployment of cables and survey spreads is the driving force behind our solutions, our core focus is to ensure customer performance at every level.”

According to the press release, the EAGE Conference and Exhibition is the largest and most comprehensive geoscience event in the world. The five day program includes the latest developments in geophysics, geology and reservoir/petroleum engineering.
