Mariners are advised that survey works are due to be carried out for a period of 14 days, started on the June 9, 2015. Survey operations will be undertaken using survey vessel MV Chartwell.

MV Chartwell is a 26m monohull with blue hull and white topsides. The vessel will operate on a 24-hour basis and will display appropriate day shapes & lights during survey operations. The vessel will actively transmit an AIS signal.

According to Bibby HydroMap, survey operations will involve towing survey equipment on and below the water surface, up to 200 meters behind the vessel. A wide berth is requested at all times as the vessel will be restricted in its ability to manoeuvre. Survey speed will generally be around 4 knots.
