Wave Energy Scotland (WES) is holding an information webinar next week to provide details on its latest project call for novel wave energy converters.

The aim of the webinar is to enable potential applicants clarifications of any points on the programme stages.

The webinar will be held on June 18, 2015, at 09:30 (GMT).

The funding call , issued on June 11 by Highlands and Islands Enterprise on behalf of WES, will award technology development contracts for:

In addition to the webinar, WES is organizing a brokerage event that will take place on July 2, 2015, and whose aim is to grant potential applicants the opportunity to meet members of Scottish industry and investigate partnerships.

EMEC and FloWave confirmed their attendance to the brokerage event, following the yesterday’s announcement that the two testing centers are working together to support applicants to the call.

Both events require registration.
