A half-day conference at London’s Excel is set to investigate lessons and opportunities for cost reduction from three highly relevant sectors that will play vital roles in the industry’s future growth – manufacturing, digital and satellite applications.

Organised by ORE Catapult in collaboration with the HVM, Digital and Satellite Applications Catapults, the conference will be held on Wednesday, 24 June, at the Excel Conference Centre, London.

Simon Edmonds, Catapult Programme Director at Innovate UK , said: “This important conference is an excellent example of how different Catapults are working together to showcase the full range of ways they can help businesses innovate and develop new products or services. Innovate UK is keen to see this cross-Catapult working develop and make a real impact.”

Key speakers include Clark MacFarlane, Managing Director, Wind Power & Renewables, Siemens UK; Alexis Crama, Vice President Offshore Wind Business Development, LM Wind Power; Dr Vicky Pope, Head of Integration & Growth, Met Office; and David Critchley, CEO of Proteus among many others.
