SeaPlanner, industry specialists and providers of the marine monitoring and management solution, has appointed Nick Gillison as Sales Representative at its UK based offices in Chichester, West Sussex.

Nick has broad knowledge of the industry having worked in the renewable energy sector with a number of the leading offshore developers and consultancies. In this role Nick’s focus is to proactively establish relationships with key industry stakeholders, maintaining high levels of service and support whilst also identifying and developing client needs.

Dominic Stratton, SeaPlanner Manager said: “SeaPlanner is moving into an exciting time as we are gearing up for the launch of SeaPlanner2, an updated version of the software suite. The redevelopment of the SeaPlanner solution focuses on enhanced usability and includes new functionality such as advanced mapping technology.”

Gillison added: “I am thrilled to join the team at SeaPlanner. Being extremely passionate about the renewables industry, I’m excited to work with our clients and support them with such an impressive product. To date, SeaPlanner has been involved with 30 offshore wind projects worldwide, and with the new modules about to be released, we hope to significantly increase this number in the future.”
