Russian gas giant Gazprom said that its new Board of Directors has re-elected Viktor Zubkov as Chairman of the company’s Board.
The annual General Shareholders Meeting of Gazprom, which was held on Friday, also resolved to elect Gazprom’s CEO Alexey Miller as Deputy Chairman of the company’s Board.
Gazprom’s new Board of Directors consists of the following names: Akimov, Andrey Igorevich – Chairman of the Management Board, Gazprombank; Gazizullin, Farit Rafikovich – Member of the Board of Directors; Kulibaev, Timur Askarovich – Chairman of the Legal Entities Association “Kazenergy”; Markelov, Vitaly Anatolyevich – Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, Gazprom; Martynov, Viktor Georgievich – Rector of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas; Mau, Vladimir Alexandrovich – Rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration; Miller, Alexey Borisovich – Chairman of the Management Committee, Gazprom; Musin, Valery Abramovich – Head of the Civil Procedure Department, Faculty of Law, Saint Petersburg State University; Novak, Alexander Valentinovich – Energy Minister of the Russian Federation; Sereda, Mikhail Leonidovich – Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee – Head of the Administration of the Management Committee, Gazprom; Zubkov, Viktor Alexeevich – Russian Special Presidential Representative for Cooperation with Gas Exporting Countries Forum.
