The conference programme for Ocean Energy Europe 2015 is taking shape with many of the sector’s big names preparing to participate in the event set to take place in Dublin, Ireland in October.

Amongst those confirmed are: President of Ocean Energy Europe Rob Stevenson, Scottish Development International’s Head of Ocean Energy, Paul O’Brien, and Simon de Pietro, Managing Director of DP Energy.

Stevenson will moderate the high-level ministerial summit session with industry CEOs, while O’Brien will chair the opening session ‘Flagship Projects: Maintaining momentum in Europe’. De Pietro will provide thought-leadership in the session on financing the ocean energy sector.

Gold Sponsor of the event is OpenHydro, a DCNS company specialised in the design, manufacture and installation of tidal turbines.
