Viking SeaTech Secures Total UK Contract

Aberdeen-based provider of mooring and marine solutions, Viking SeaTech, has won a new call-off contract with operator Total E&P UK.

Under the framework agreement, Viking SeaTech will carry out marker buoy and mooring services for Total E&P UK Ltd in the North Sea for the next three years.

The work extends an existing relationship between the two companies and includes an option for a further renewal.

John Dick , managing director for Viking SeaTech UK, said: “The discussions with Total have been extremely encouraging and emphasised the importance of the technical excellence, strong relationships and our tenacious customer focus.

“Our team has earned the trust of Total during a six year working relationship and we look forward to providing our services, capabilities and advice throughout the duration of this contract.”
