Naftogaz of Ukraine said it signed a memorandum of understanding with Houston-based Frontera Resources.
According to the deal, the two companies agreed to cooperate in the development of oil and gas Ukraine, as well as realizing a project on imports of liquefied natural gas from the facilities of the American company in Georgia.
The memorandum takes effect from the date of its signing and is valid for 2 years. It was signed during the U.S.-Ukraine business forum which was held on July 13 in Washington, D.C.
