Two Piriou wind farm service vessels (WFSV 21w) are now fully built, the company reported.

The vessels are 21m aluminum catamarans, intended for the carriage of 12 technicians and small cargoes to and from offshore wind farms.

Propulsion is provided by two MAN diesel engines with two HAMILTON water jets. Electrical power is provided by alternators clutched on diesel engines CUMMINS for the 24VDC network and by a diesel generator 230 Vac.

The WFSVs are classed by BUREAU VERITAS and meet the requirements of the MCA Small Commercial Vessel Code MGN 280, Area Category 1 (areas of operation up to 150 miles from a safe haven).

The company said that both vessels are now available for sale at Piriou Vietnam.
