Hoegh LNG Partners declares cash distribution

Höegh LNG Partners said that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended June 30, 2015 of $0.3375 per unit.

Höegh LNG Partners said that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended June 30, 2015 of $0.3375 per unit.

The distribution corresponds to an annualized distribution of $1.35 per unit, the company informed in a statement.

The cash distribution will be paid on August 14, 2015. to all unitholders of record as of the close of the business on August 6, 2015.
