Leif Hoegh & Co. trades Hoegh LNG shares

Leif Höegh & Co. said that Brompton Cross IV sold 28,500 common shares in the company to Brompton Cross VIII at a price of NOK 129.50 per share.

Leif Höegh & Co. said that Brompton Cross IV sold 28,500 common shares in the company to Brompton Cross VIII at a price of NOK 129.50 per share.

Both Brompton Cross IV and Brompton Cross VIII are co-investment vehicles for management of Höegh Capital Partners.

The company informed in a statement, that Leif Höegh & Co. which is indirectly controlled by Leif O. Høegh and a family trust under which Morten W. Høegh is the primary beneficiary, holds a total of 31,174,789 shares, representing 44.60% of the shares in the company and 287,500 common units in Höegh LNG Partners.

In addition, Leif O. Høegh and Morten W. Høegh each holds 4,356 shares personally.

Following the transaction, Brompton Cross co-investment vehicles hold the following number of shares in the company:

The percentages have been calculated based on a total of 69,902,597 shares in issue.
