Durango Resources has entered into an agreement with two arm’s length vendors to purchase 100% of the Mayner’s Fortune limestone property near Terrace, B.C for 1,400,000 shares.
The Mayner’s Fortune limestone property is located in the Skeena Mining Division approximately 7.5 kilometres south west of Terrace, BC and 4 kilometres west of Lakelse Lake on Lakelse River.
Marcy Kiesman, CEO , states, “ Our Company is confident that the opportunities for local businesses in the Kitimat area will become significant over the next few years.
Mayner’s Fortune is located less than 50km away from the proposed Shell-operated $40 billion LNG Canada project and “ our limestone occurrence is located on the Canadian National Railway line that runs between Terrace and Kitimat, ” Kiesman added.
