“K” Line LNG Shipping (UK) said that the joint-venture consortium of K-LNG and Chandris (Hellas) has entered into long-term time charter contracts with BP for two LNG carrier newbuildings.

Shell-BG deal secures final nod from Brazil

LNG player BG said that the $70 billion takeover offer for the company to be made by Royal Dutch Shell has received unconditional merger clearance from the Brazilian competition authority (CADE).
