A2SEA’s SEA CHALLENGER is about to load the last turbine of the first batch that will be installed at the Gode Wind offshore wind farm.
The first batch comprises four Siemens 6MW turbines, leaving 93 more to go, all of which will be installed by SEA CHALLENGER.
During the mobilisation in July, the vessel was equipped with a helideck and the boom on the main crane has been extended 20 metres.
A2SEA’s subsidiary CT Offshore is currently installing inter array cables on Gode Wind with their vessel SIA.
