Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies has appointed Egil Haugsdal to the position of President.
According to Kongsberg, Haugsdal is replacing Pål Helsing who will pursue other options outside Kongsberg.
Haugsdal has been working for Kongsberg since 1996, among others as Executive Vice President Group Business Development and President Kongsberg Protech Systems.
In addition, Harald Aarø is appointed new Executive Vice President Group Business Development after Egil Haugsdal. Aarø is currently Executive Vice President Marketing and Sales Kongsberg Defence Systems and has previously broad management experience from Navico, McKinsey, HSD Shipping and the Royal Norwegian Navy. Aarø will join the Corporate Management Team.
The company said that both Haugsdal and Aarø will start in their new positions in August 2015.
