Intertek informed it has opened a new fuels testing laboratory in Gladstone, Queensland.
The new lab has the capability to service all major LNG producers in the region; including Australia Pacific LNG, Queensland Curtis LNG and Santos LNG, while also providing a fast and effective local fuel and gas testing service to downstream petroleum clients, the company said in a statement.
Ian Galloway, Regional COO for Intertek’s Sub-Sahara Africa and Australasia region , said that the facility will provide fuels and gas testing service to ensure quality and component analysis.
