Carnegie Wave Energy has been named as one of Australia’s 50 most innovative companies by Business Review Weekly (BMW).
Carnegie was selected from over 500 entries by a panel of industry experts, Carnegie Wave’s press release reads.
The Australian wave energy player has developed CETO wave energy system , and in February this year, connected an array consisting of three CETO 5 units to the Australian electricity grid as part of the Perth Wave Energy Project.

The company has also completed the offshore geophysical survey which represents a step forward in the environmental approvals process for the CETO 6 project.
The announced project is expected to comprise the design, construction, deployment and demonstration of three 1 MW CETO 6 units in a grid-connected wave energy project off Garden Island, Western Australia.
