Newport CNG station opened

amp Trillium, the joint venture between ampCNG and Trillium CNG, said it has opened a public-access compressed natural gas station in Newport, Tennessee.

amp Trillium, the joint venture between ampCNG and Trillium CNG, said it has opened a public-access compressed natural gas station in Newport, Tennessee.

Located at Time Out Travel Center, the new station is a convenient place for CNG-powered trucks and cars to refuel as they travel through western North Carolina and eastern Tennessee, the company informed in a statement.

amp Trillium now operates 22 CNG stations across the country, including one in nearby Charlotte, North Carolina.
