Doha-based shipping giant Milaha said it has appointed Abdulrahman Essa Al-Mannai as the company’s new President and CEO.
He will succeed Khalifa Ali Al-Hetmi, who had previously revealed his plan to retire.
Al-Mannai previously led the commercial planning and allocation functions at the world’s largest LNG producer, Qatargas, Milaha informed in a statement on Sunday.
At Qatargas, he has overseen the commercial function of UK’s South Hook LNG import terminal.
“ Al-Mannai brings extensive experience in LNG, gas-to-liquids, condensates, shipping and commercial marketing ,” Milaha said in the statement.
