France’s GTT informed it has secured an order for two LNG carriers, to be built by Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME).
The delivery of the ships is expected in 2018 and 2019, the designer of LNG containment systems revealed in a statement.
These two LNGCs, to be operated by BW Group, will be equipped with the NO96 GW technology which allows an optimized boil-off rate of LNG cargo, GTT added.
