On November 3 and 4, the Bundesverband WindEnergie e.V. (BWE) will hold a special conference on the topic “Offshore Wind Energy Operation – Strategies and Experiences from the First Operating Phase”.

“We want to especially focus on ‘cost reduction measures’ and ‘offshore experience reports’. For this purpose, we invited some well-respected and competent specialists that will discuss these topics,“ says Betül Özdemir, Senior Product Manager Events at Bundesverband WindEnergie e.V .

During the conference, speakers from renowned companies will share their experiences from the first operation phase of an offshore wind farm. In addition, they will provide practical tips and advice for the planning and construction phase.

Hans Gatzemeier, Managing Director of the ELA Container Offshore Gmbh will be one of these experts, focusing on ”Mobile Offshore Accommodation for a fluctuating number of crew at sea”. “I am looking forward to the event and am confident that all those attending will be provided with a lot of detailed information and onsite examples, from which they will benefit, especially for future projects,” says Hans Gatzemeier .

The two-day event will be held in German in the Adina Apartment Hotel in Hamburg.
