Höegh LNG Partners said that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended September 30, 2015 of $0.3375 per unit.
The distribution corresponds to an annualized distribution of $1.35 per unit, the company revealed in a statement.
The cash distribution will be paid on November 13, 2015, to all unitholders of record as of the close of the business on November 5, 2015.
