AXYS Technologies Inc and 3E NV have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) regarding future collaborations and cooperation activities.
Collaboration activities planned under the MOU include commercially driven research, development and demonstration as well as sharing market trend information and innovative problem-solving techniques to meet and exceed client requirements and expectations. AXYS and 3E expect to develop and jointly market several new solution offerings to their perspective clients as a result of this cooperation agreement.
