Petrobras’ average oil and natural gas production in October reached 2.76 million barrels of oil equivalent per day rising 1.6 percent compared to September.
Domestic production of oil and natural gas averaged 2.57 million boed in October, 1.6 percent up on last month’s figure, Brazilian energy giant said in a statement on Tuesday.
Petrobras’ natural gas production in Brazil, excluding liquefied gas, totaled 74.7 million cbm/day in October, remaining steady compared to the September figure of 75.0 million cbm/day.
Natural gas production abroad averaged 16.1 million cbm/d, 4.1 percent up on the 15.5 million cbm/d recorded in the previous month, due to the high performance of new wells in the Rio Neuquén field.
