Mermaid Maritime, a provider of subsea and drilling services to the offshore oil and gas industry, has made several new appointments.
Toh Wen Keong Joachim has been appointed as the company’s non-executive lead independent director. In addition, he will take on the responsibilities of chairman of the nomination committee, and member of audit committee and remuneration committee.
Dr. Vincent Siaw has been given the role of executive senior vice president, Legal and Corporate Affairs. Dr. Siaw has been with the company since June 1, 2005 and has over the past ten years performed various roles.
Furthermore, Jean-Francois Redon will serve as the executive vice president, Asset and Administrative Management. He’s been vice president of Technip Asia Pacific, Thailand since July 2012.
Also, Nha-Vinh Julien Nguyen has been named as the company’s new chief financial officer. He will replace Katarat Suksawang who has been assigned new responsibilities as CFO of Thoresen Shipping.
