Oil Search, a company with a 29 percent stake in the ExxonMobil-operated PNG LNG project said its non-executive director Fiona Harris will resign from her post due to health issues.
Eileen Doyle will be named as the new non-executive director effective from February 18, 2016, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Harris, Oil Search said in a statement on Thursday.
Doyle, who is currently a director of GPT Group and Boral and deputy chairman of CSIRO during her career served in various positions including senior operational roles at BHP and CSR.
She is also a member of the NSW Council of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
