Baker Hughes Incorporated has posted Weekly Rig Count reports, according to which the U.S. offshore rigs have gone back up by three units after dropping by three in the week before .

BHI Rig Count: U.S. -9 to 480 rigs

U.S. Rig Count is down 9 rigs from last week to 480, with oil rigs down 6 to 386, and gas rigs down 3 to 94.

U.S. Rig Count is down 645 rigs from last year at 1,125, with oil rigs down 480, gas rigs down 163, and miscellaneous rigs down 2.

The U.S. Offshore rig count is 27, up 3 rigs from last week, and down 21 rigs year over year.

BHI Rig Count: Canada -31 to 98 rigs

Canadian Rig Count is down 31 rigs from last week to 98, with oil rigs down 22 to 28, and gas rigs down 9 to 70.

Canadian Rig Count is down 122 rigs from last year at 220, with oil rigs down 57, and gas rigs down 65.
