Olympic Shipping has released a video showing its multi-purpose vessel Olympic Zeus installing the WaveEL wave energy buoy off Norway.
Waves4Power, a Sweden-based wave energy developer, installed its WaveEL device at Norwegian Runde test site in mid-February, with temporarily halting the launch of the remaining system, due to a problem with the connection hub.
The Olympic Zeus then had to leave for an operation in Africa, so the launch operation has been put off until the vessel’s return.
