Chinese shipyard CIMC Raffles has delivered its latest jack-up drilling rig – the Kan Tan Qi Hao.
The rig was delivered to Sinopec Shanghai Offshore Petroleum Bureau on Tuesday, by Yantai CIMC Raffles yard.
According to CIMC Raffles, the rig, classed by ABS, can operate a minus 20 Celsius temperatures.
The rig operating depth is 122 meters, and its maximum drilling depths is 10668 meters.
The Kan Tan Qi Hao is expected to sail away from the yard at the end of April. According to available info, this is the 18th jack-up delivered by CIMC Raffles.
