NLI Subsea, a part of private investment company Ard Group, has appointed Øyvind Frydenberg as the company’s new chief executive officer (CEO).

Frydenberg (48) has been CEO of Dresser-Rand AS, CEO of FMC Kongsberg Metering AS and has also held several leadership positions in FMC.

He is a mechanical engineer from Kongsberg College of Engineering and Engineering from Telemark College, process engineering. He also has an MBA from Scotland.

NLI Subsea consists of 6 companies delivering engineering, products and fabrication services to the subsea market. NLI Subsea was spun out of NLI as a separate priority area in 2013.
