CWind has won a contract from E.ON to carry out the annual inspection and repair as required at Humber Gateway offshore wind farm, including latchways, mechanical services, as well as paint works.

Lee Andrews , Managing Director CWind commented: “This is fantastic news. I am very proud of this contract award, which recognises our capabilities in O&M services and is a testament to our team’s ability to deliver outstanding services and provide solutions that match our clients’ specific requirements.

“We look forward to working with E.ON to successfully deliver a safe and well maintained asset, building on our successful history of delivery at Humber Gateway OWF, which we have supported through a range of services since 2013.”

The scope of work covers all 73 turbines and the offshore substation. Offshore work is scheduled to commence this month, with CWind utilising its office in Grimsby’s Fishdock.
