Weeks Marine has completed works on the segment four of the Navarre Beach Renourishment Project in Santa Rosa County, Florida.

During the past week, crews on the Navarre Beach project continued filling the fourth and final segment, including restoration of dunes.

Approximately 210,000 cubic yards of sand were pumped on the beach, bringing the total renourishment to over 1.2 million cubic yards since the project began.

In the next coupe of days crews will continue the work in order to break down the pipe and remove the subline by June 22, loading trucks with equipment for transport to Pensacola Beach, reported the county in its latest status report.
