OEM Group has secured a two-year contract worth up to £1 million with Go Marine to deliver engine support services to its fleet of vessels operating in the oil and gas industry.

Under the global technical support and services agreement, OEM Group will carry out the procurement of engine spare parts, electrical components and systems, as well as providing personnel, project management and maintenance to support work across the different vessel types and regions Go Marine operates in around the world, the company explained.

The company’s assets include ROV and dive support vessels, barges, offshore firefighting craft as well as a floatel.

OEM Group founder and managing director Barry Park said: “The company has been an existing supplier to Go Marine over the past 12 months. We look forward to taking this next step and delivering further value to Go Marine as well as continuing with our own global growth and expansion plans.”

GO Marine founder and CEO Garrick Stanley said: “Having OEM Group on board as our engineering service provider for our vessels has streamlined the planned maintenance systems on our vessels maximizing uptime and service delivery to our clients whilst reducing overall servicing costs. ”
