GlobalNexus has announced its entry into the telecommunications market with the launch of submarine network to improve business efficiency in The Bahamas and throughout the Caribbean.

The company is currently operating in The Bahamas and offers internet, voice and cloud-enabled networking and it expects further expansion in international services.

GlobalNexus’ submarine network will provide connectivity between the Caribbean, Canada and the US.

The network is backed by SLA in The Bahamas, to ensure optimal performance, redundancy and reliability for any size business, the company said.

“The launch of GlobalNexus brings a fresh new option to businesses in the Caribbean. We are bringing the latest technology, the best service model, and a solution that significantly improves clients’ day-to-day business operations. Our strategy is to be a ‘neutral carrier’ and work cooperatively with partners and potentially other carriers. The focus is on delivering technologically-advanced, groundbreaking services,” said CEO R ichard Munday .
