Flexlife Group and Waterford Subsea have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work with each other in Canada.
Flexlife is recognized in the oil and gas industry for the integrity management, engineering and inspection/repair technology associated with flexible risers and flowlines.
Waterford has experience in the Canadian oil and gas industry and provides access to engineers and technicians who provide detailed planning and execution of services for the design, fabrication, installation, intervention and maintenance of subsea and associated topside equipment, the company explained.
Flexlife CEO Garry Millard said: “ We are very pleased to have formed this partnership with Waterford. Canada as a region has significant potential for Flexlife and this agreement is in-line with Flexlife’s strategy to expand into new areas and to continue to globalise the Flexlife business, and we look forward to working with Waterford for the mutual benefit of both companies.”
