Prysmian Hires CSV Normand Pacific

Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) has entered into a contract with Prysmian Powerlink Srl for hire of the construction support vessel (CSV) Normand Pacific. Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) has entered into a contract with Prysmian Powerlink Srl for hire of the construction support vessel (CSV) Normand Pacific.

The contract is for a period of one year firm with further one and a half year option, the company informed.

The vessel, of Skipsteknisk ST 256 L CD design, has a length of 122 meters and a beam of 23 meters. It was built in 2010, and can accommodate 120 people onboard.

According to Solstad, the contract will start in August 2016.

The commercial terms of the contract are confidential between the parties.
