Offshore Wind Consultants Limited (OWC) has been selected by Transmission Capital Services Limited (TCS) to provide technical consultancy services on contingency planning and other services relating to the OFTO assets managed by TCS.
TCS manages six OFTOs, namely TC Barrow OFTO Limited, TC Gunfleet Sands OFTO Limited, TC Ormonde OFTO Limited, TC Robin Rigg OFTO Limited; TC Lincs OFTO Limited; and TC Westermost Rough Limited.
OWC’s scope of work includes preparation of cable repair and maintenance strategies for the six TCS managed assets, development of contract strategies for future maintenance contracts and the preparation of specification and tender packages for the supply of services under the maintenance contracts. OWC will also develop detailed employer’s requirements for cable repair operations in different water depths and for different cable types.
