Flexlife, a provider of specialized engineering, design, delivery, integrity and technology in the area of subsea flexible risers and flowlines, and Proceanic, a service provider of ROV inspection/intervention services, have signed a non-exclusive global technical services agreement.

Flexlife CEO Garry Millard said: “Proceanic brings ROV technical and hardware capability to enhance Flexlife’s service offering, we are pleased to have made this agreement with a pro-active technology focused company and we look forward to working with Proceanic for the mutual benefit of both companies.”

Proceanic’s managing director Mark Waller added: “We are excited to team with Flexlife. Proceanic’s proven ROV track-record and a shared, forward-looking, agile approach to serving offshore clients, creates natural synergy for inspection and integrity management of flexible risers and flowlines.”
