Siemens Hires Aimselect to Provide Offshore Wind Talent

UK-based recruitment, talent and search consultancy Aimselect Projects Limited has been awarded a framework agreement with Siemens Wind Power to provide services for their offshore wind projects. UK-based recruitment, talent and search consultancy Aimselect Projects Limited has been awarded a framework agreement with Siemens Wind Power to provide services for their offshore wind projects.

Aimselect will provide Siemens Wind Power with EHS Advisors, Quality Inspectors and QHSE Site Inspectors for all of their wind projects.

Dean Bradshaw, Aimselect’s CEO said: “Siemens are one of the world’s leading Wind Turbine Manufacturers and we are delighted to forge a long term partnership to support their project objectives. Aimselect are quickly establishing themselves as a key provider of resource services to the offshore wind industry, with Siemens being the latest outfit to partner the consultancy.”

The ongoing contract will be revised every two years and covers the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and Finland.

“Aimselect is a specialist in supplying blue collar and HSE/Q manpower to the wind industry. The business is looking forward to demonstrating our competences by continuously delivering a professional service for Siemens Wind Power,” Bradshaw said.
