Customized cable and rope specialist Cortland has appointed High Tech Diving and Safety Inc. to distribute its surface dive umbilicals, dive hoses and cables in the US market.

Cortland has more than 25 years of manufacturing experience supplying products to the diving sector, and the company believes that this partnership should strengthen its share of the commercial surface diving market.

Marco Cano , sales leader for the Americas, Cortland Company, said: “We’re delighted to partner with High Tech Diving and Safety Inc, a highly regarded distributor of inspection and repair diving equipment based out of Punta Gorda, Florida.

“The agreement brings together Cortland’s product expertise and High Tech Diving and Safety’s in depth connection to the commercial diving industry. It provides an assured market outlet for our surface dive umbilicals, hoses and cables.

“Cortland is looking forward to building the partnership and serving customers in this growing market.”
