SapuraKencana’s wholly-owned subsidiaries have been awarded contracts with a combined value of approximately USD 300 million.

Namely, SapuraKencana Subsea Services has been awarded a 2-year contract, to be performed on a call-out basis, for the provision of underwater services for Petronas.

The scope of work consists of underwater services together with vessels, air and saturation diving, remotely operated vehicle (ROV) and other related underwater services, including inspection, maintenance and repair to support Petronas’ underwater facilities located at the offshore waters of Peninsular Malaysia.

SapuraKencana TL Offshore (SKTLO) has been awarded a contract by Hyundai Heavy Industries for the provision of offshore installation work of BNCPP-B jacket, foundation piles and bridge structure between BNCPP-B to BNG-B.

The work location is in East Malaysia and the contract is scheduled to start in Q1 2017.

Furthermore, SKTLO has been awarded a 12-months contract by Repsol Oil & Gas Malaysia for the provision of transportation and installation of pipeline, substance and topside for Bunga Pakma Development Project.

The project comprises of transportation and installation of Bunga Pakma, a wellhead riser platform which includes jacket, piles, topside, wet gas pipeline and subsea composite cable.

In addition, SapuraKencana Drilling has been awarded a contract by Brunei Shell Petroleum for the provision of its Tender Assist Drilling Rig “SKD Alliance”.

The contract is scheduled to begin in April 2018 for a firm period of 5 years with options to extend for an additional 5 years.
