JFD has welcomed Graeme M Mackie as Diving Technical Authority at their National Hyperbaric Centre in Aberdeen.

Mackie has over 28 years experience within the diving, ROV and construction industries, most recently as vessels operations manager for Ceona. He started his career as an air diver for Technip and soon worked his way up, working in various operations and project manager roles for several large contractors and oil majors.

Mackie will now be overseeing the company’s commercial consulting department.

Martin Robb , head of delivery commercial services, JFD, said: “We are very excited to welcome Graeme to the team. He has a lot of relevant operational experience which will be a huge benefit to the development of our commercial consulting and training departments. His vast knowledge and technical input will provide our clients with the highest level of support, further enhancing safe and efficient operational activities. JFD is passionate about improving the standard of subsea safety and is confident Graeme’s appointment will strengthen our reputation in this area.”
