Uaine Gorm Power Associates have won a £19,900 contract in connection with the tender launched by Wave Energy Scotland (WES) for structural materials and manufacturing processes for wave energy technology.
After WES opened its third competitive funding call at the end of July 2016, it started seeking a number of independent external experts to support the evaluation process for the call at the beginning of August .
The requirements were divided into four specific specialisms, each being advertised as separate contracts notices: Structural Engineers , Materials Scientists , Materials Manufacturing Specialists and Wave Energy Specialists .
The Uaine Gorm Power’s contract is in connection with the tender related to Wave Energy Specialists. The contract was awarded on 7 December 2016.
