Norwegian IMR, ROV, survey construction support and decomissioning services provider, Reach Subsea, has entered into an ROV/survey contract for the vessel Edda Fonn.
Reach said in an Oslo Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday that the new contract covers the next 40 days and that it is set to start this week.
The details of the contract, including the name of the client and the value of the deal, are confidential.
The Edda Fonn is a multipurpose DP II vessel capable of performing ROV based survey, inspection, and construction support operations. It has an overall length of 84.7 meters, 18 meters abeam, 700 square meters aft deck and a 7.2×7.2 meters working moonpool.
Edda Fonn is signed to Reach Subsea on a three-year charter from Østensjø Rederi that started in December 2014.
