Agility Subsea Fabrication, a provider of subsea structures, has been awarded a contract by TechnipFMC for fabrication of one integrated subsea manifold system for the Visund North field in the Norwegian Sea.
Agility said the work will be performed at the company’s site in Tønsberg, Norway.
The scope of work is a copy version of an earlier delivered fast track project. Integrated template structure is scheduled to be delivered during the second semester of 2017 and the manifold system during the first semester of 2018.
The company added that purchasing activities will start immediately and fabrication will start during the first semester of this year.
ASF has previously delivered a number of large subsea structures to TechnipFMC, former FMC Technologies, and have several project under construction.
