N-Seatec Wins Subsea Cabling Order

N-Seatec Subsea Systems said it has received an order for a large batch of signal and power cabling to be used on a wind farm. According to the company, delivery consist of various special designed 4x 50mm2 umbilicals all to be fitted with the MSSQ connector which are capable to handle up to 250Amps

N-Seatec Subsea Systems said it has received an order for a large batch of signal and power cabling to be used on a wind farm.

According to the company, delivery consist of various special designed 4x 50mm2 umbilicals all to be fitted with the MSSQ connector which are capable to handle up to 250Amps. All signal cabling will be fitted with the 20p Seamate series connector.

Complete moulding & termination will be done inhouse with special designed moulding tools, N-Seatec added.

Delivery of this batch is scheduled for Q1 2017.
